材料:
(可做兩個 115 c.c. 的杯子蛋糕以及一個 20 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm 的水蒸蛋糕)
* 生紫米(黑糯米)30 g 與生糙米(蓬萊米)70 g(泡水瀝乾後合計約 140 g)
* 雞蛋(L,大顆,先冷藏過):5 顆(蛋黃共約 100 g,蛋白共約 200 g)
* 椰子油:30 g(加熱至液態)
* 牛奶:50 g(退冰至室溫)
* 糖:85 g
* 鹽:1/8 t(t 是指小茶匙)
Ingredients:
(For two 115 ml cupcakes and one 20 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm steamed cake)
* Raw Purple Rice 30 g & Raw Brown Rice 70 g(140 g in Total After Being Soaked)
* Egg Yolk 100 g & Egg White 200 g
* Coconut Oil 30 g(Heated & Liquidized)
* Milk 50 g(at Room Temperature)
* Sugar 85 g
* Salt 1/8 t
