越瓜及菜頭醃漬後的用途很廣,能夠搭配各種食材烹調出許多美味菜餚。 來試試! 越瓜製作方法: 1:越瓜削皮,對半剖開除去瓜囊。 2:曝曬 3:傍晚收回時撒鹽,用重物鎮壓,讓越瓜水分釋出。 4:倒掉多餘水分,再拿到陽光下曝曬。 5:重複方法共三次,到第三天已經完全曬乾。就可以洗過拿來煮成好吃料理。 #醃瓜#菜脯#白蘿蔔乾
