材料:
腰果 Cashews 70g
鹽 Salt 適量
步驟:
1. 清洗腰果
2. 加入1茶匙鹽,浸泡15分鐘
3. 瀝乾水份,加半茶匙鹽
4. 焗170°C 20分鐘
p.s.180-190°C更脆
