Celsus Talifilu: So be respectful, be mindful that your conduct can destroy the place, or, your conduct can save the place. What you're seeing in the Solomons, and I think everywhere, the power that CCP is using is money. So that's the weapon that we need to counter. in my view, values are the first things. Principles, your ethics about respecting your place, your resources, your laws, your institutions - if you don't have any respect to those things, that’s where they're going to come in and destroy you. So the elites must not think that Canada or the US or wherever, belongs to themselves only - it belongs to everyone. And you have a responsibility to protect that - as an elite - and not to destroy it.
