CHRISTMAS SEASON GOODIES

Today I bring you one of my favorite desserts: Polvorones de Navidad "Christmas Spanish white sugar Cookies". Day before yesterday I saw that one of the local supermarket clerks was already setting these wonderful cookies. I must say that they are very fattening but extremely delicious!! They are usually made with almonds, olive oil and other ingredients. So, I wanted for y'all to know about these. Today, as well I am preparing a Spanish type Winter plate. The main itemss of today lunch are: the polvorones and the wild mushrooms whoch are full of nutrients, sorry that video is limited but I goofed up and left my action cam on and the battery takes a few hours to recharge.
