Epic Cheese Burger A Little Different | Little Kitchen

Epic Cheese Burger with a twist (a spicy one!) It's quite hard to find time with all your friends to enjoy nice summer weather and a few cold ones. But if you do, a nice burger is a great way to celebrate good times! . And this time we prepared a really special one! . We took a nice steak, hand chopped it and then formed two nicely sized burger patties and.... Put them together! . Why? Two are better then one! . So where is the cheese??? We could argue that it's a cheese burger since we used curds for the base of the sauce! Curd is a type of cheese like cottage cheese, that we use here in Slovenia quite often! Then we added a goood splash of homemade chili sauce called "solzne oči" or "teary-eyes" supposedly a sauce that makes you cry! . We topped the burger with caramelized onions and our favorite pretzel burger buns! . Simple and delicious! ❤️ . What is your favorite burger recipe❓
