White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders responds to questions about the NSA’s authority in stopping a Russian threat to election meddling. U.S. Cyber Command chief Adm. Mike Rogers testified in Congress earlier on Feb. 27 that he has not been given the authority by the president to disrupt Russian election hacking operations at the source.
