Lemon is the first song that Kenshi Yonez made for the Japanese TV drama. In order to match the theme related to death in such drama, this is the song for memorizing those left us. Same here, I tried to film at night for the very first time, turning the street light into little stars in the sky. I don't understand Japanese, but still felt sad when I first heard the melody, like it's waking up something deep in the memory in my heart. I think music is indeed the language beyond borders! Hope my violin interprets the weight of life, and those hard time when people suffering and facing. Saying goodbye to the loved ones is uncomfortable, but wish you all keep those good memories in your heart, and hope my violin stays in your heart, giving the power to moving forward.
