How does one build a healthy and inspired team? Is simple, remember, you only harvest from the seed of the fruit that you plant. If you plant a grape seed, you’ll harvest grapes, not mangos. What I mean with this is that if you lead your team with a good, loving, fun, and respectful attitude, you’ll get back that same attitude from them. They will be the same towards you, and others. A leader sets the atmosphere whether it’s  negative or positive. What starts in the head flows down to the whole body, and those who have a hard time working with a team that is full of great qualities, will have no other option than apply them to their own life to continue being a part of a great team.
