Wisconsin Faces Dual Voting Controversies: Mail-In and Military Ballots

The Elias Law Group is challenging Wisconsin over mail-in ballot procedures, alleging the witness requirement burdens voters. In addition, State Representative Janel Brandtjen's discovery of three mismatched military ballots in October 2022 raised further questions about election integrity. On Oct. 2, an election watchdog group called Wisconsin Voter Alliance and two others filed a complaint against the Wisconsin Elections Commission related to the issue.
