White House Spokesman Admiral John Kirby said on Tuesday it "sends a strong signal to the whole world" if the House does not approve the Senate's recently-passed spending bill, which includes more financial aid to Ukraine. Kirby stressed to reporters at the press briefing in Washington the Biden Administration's policy to encourage continued aid for the embattled former Soviet Republic in its fight against Russian forces.
