A judge handed down a historic ruling against the Biden administration, blocking Biden officials and government agencies from working with Big Tech to censor social media users.  NTD spoke to constitutional attorney Jenna Ellis for analysis on the matter. Ellis said the case is still in its infancy and that a permanent injunction hearing will come afterward, followed by a more robust case that is expected to be fought heavily by both sides.
