War With China Over Taiwan Would Be Devastating: Ely Ratner

The Chinese Communist Party has repeatedly voiced plans to invade Taiwan by 2027. So before that clock runs out the U.S. is preparing to help the democratic island. Ely Ratner, Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Indo-Pacific, spoke on this issue in a hearing on Sept. 20.
