Vintage Sony TC-357A Reel to Reel Tape Recorder Restoration and Repair

A Sony reel to reel tape recorder has not been used for a long time. I tried plugging it in but it doesn't work... SONY TC-357A first released in 1969, a tape coder developed as a high-end machine for music recording. The TC-357A is a two-track mono system, as a model for domestic within Japan.
