Video: Kiosk Fire Near Lincoln Memorial; One Man Injured

Video Footage: Washington, D.C. emergency officials say a Thursday fire at a kiosk near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., seriously injured a man. Local broadcasters report D.C. Fire and EMS responded to Lincoln Memorial Circle and found a small structure in flames. The injured man was flown by a U.S. Park Police helicopter for medical treatment and is expected to survive.
