Verse of the day

As I prepare for my first zoom ‘Calligraphy and Meditation Class’, I felt the need to calm myself today and to be at peace and this verse came into my head. We sang this at secondary school in the choir and it has always stuck with me. It is so powerful when sung, just typing this has me in tears. I felt I needed to write this out to see how it felt and the generated a meditation which stunned me. I hope you seeing this written brings you the calm and peace it brought me.
