Vegan Tofu Ricotta Lasagna | EASY, DELICIOUS & HIGH PROTEIN!

Recipe Tofu Ricotta:
1 Block extra firm tofu
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup nutritional yeast
1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Blend all together, then layer lasagna noodles, pasta sauce and ricotta until 3-4 layers deep. Add 1 cup of water, then cook at 400 F for 30-40 minutes! I have a few recipes that are SO GOOD that they need to immortalize into single recipe videos so we can all find them again!
