UK, Japan to Work on Countering China

The UK's new prime minister, Liz Truss, with her Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida, have resolved to work together to counter the threat from communist China. The agreement was reached on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York in September 2022.
