Answering a reporter's question on Friday about Ukraine War Spending, former President Donald Trump said he would prefer sending money to the former Soviet republic as a loan rather than a "gift," adding he believes the conflict "would never have happened" had he been in the Oval Office at the time of the Russia invasion under the Biden Administration's watch.
