[Trailer] Pfizer Failed to Disclose Risk to Babies in RSV Vaccine Trial: Investigation | Facts Matter

An investigation was recently published in the British Medical Journal, outlining how Pfizer failed to disclose to pregnant women the risks that were potentially present in their vaccine trials. Despite the fact that another clinical trial was forced to shut down (from another company testing a similar drug), and despite the fact that Pfizer themselves were studying premature births as an “adverse event of special interest,” they did not inform the pregnant women in their clinical trial. But the story gets wilder: this fact wasn’t forthcoming.
