This piece is an extended version of ¡°Delicious Chinese Cuisine¡± from my album Divine Land of China, serving as the theme song for a special event called "Taste Asia" presented by New Tang Dynasty Television & The Epoch Times, featuring Live Asian Chefs' Battle at Time Square in New York on 25th, 26th June 2014, as well as other Asian cuisine events. Through a variety of cooking techniques, the chefs presented us with complete dishes that were like pieces of art that tell the stories and inspirations behind them.
