Texas Gov.: Fentanyl at Border Increased 800 Percent

The Texas governor is saying that there was an 800 percent increase in fentanyl intercepted at the Texas–Mexico border last month. Meanwhile, a former border agent admits she has brought a foreign national illegally into the United States.
