Strikes Are Not the Answer: Former Headteacher

Chris McGovern, chairman of the Campaign for Real Education and retired headteacher, told NTD on May 2 that teachers shouldn't be going on strike and that there needs to be fewer support staff in the classrooms, so that teachers can be paid more.
