Shanghai Sets New Goal for COVID-19 Outbreak: Zero New Cases Outside Quarantine

Shanghai announced a new round of mass testing for residents. Starting Monday, it's set to run over the course of four days. The new testing roll-out comes just three days after a similar round—featuring a combined antigen and PCR test on all residents.  Just three days before that, Shanghai had already started a combined test of both antigen and PCR on all residents.  This latest wave of mass testing comes on the heels of a new goal—set by city officials.
