This is an original composition for the 5-chord zither. In this particular piece, the lever on the D minor chord is raised to make it a B flat major chord (A goes up to B flat). I tune my chords to (from right to left): C major, A minor, F major, D minor (B flat with the lever up), G major (G minor with the lever down). If you don't have a lever, you can de-tune the chord manualy (but obviously not in the middle of a song).
