San Francisco to Give $1,200 Monthly Income to Low-Income Transgender Residents

San Francisco is now offering a monthly income for low-income transgender residents. The new program will run for a year and a half and recipients can spend the money on whatever they want. NTD spoke to an attorney and a former city supervisor to hear their perspectives on the program.
