Russia Accuses Ukraine of Attacking Oil Depot

Russia is accusing Ukraine of attacking a fuel depot on Russian soil. Ukraine's foreign minister refuses to confirm or reject the accusation. The Kremlin says the attack doesn’t create comfortable conditions for peace talks. And Ukraine says Russian soldiers have pulled from the Chernobyl nuclear power station.
