Rep. Gallagher, Activists Mark White Paper Protests' First Anniversary

Rep. Mike Gallagher speaks on Wednesday Evening outside the Capitol Building, joining Chinese, Tibetan and Hong Kong activists to commemorate the first anniversary of the White Paper Protests in China in response to a deadly fire during in Urumqi a heavy COVID lockdown of its citizens where protesters across China were holding blank sheets of paper challenging the censorship of information about the blaze and lack of free speech in the PRC.
