Realtor.com Gives Tips for Homebuyers

The housing market is cooling off in general, but in certain areas, it's still very tight. Real estate website realtor.com just released its annual list of the hottest zip codes in the country Tuesday. Ranking number one on this year's list is zip code 14618—Brighton, near Rochester, New York. Five out of the top ten zip codes are from New England, in New Hampshire and Maine. NTD spoke with Danielle Hale, chief economist at realtor.com, who says Americans are redefining their priorities in order to achieve homeownership amid rising inflation and mortgage rates.
