Pichi pichi Buko-Pandan Flavor (without lye water) (Recipe #6)

Pichi pichi is made out of fresh grated cassava, lye water, sugar and water. But in this recipe, we will not use lye water. No lye water, no problem!
Here are the Ingredients:
2 cups fresh grated cassava ( no need to squeeze out the water from cassava)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp buko-pandan essence
1 1/4 cup water( if you are using frozen cassava and 1 1/2 cup if you are using fresh cassava
*i used frozen cassava in this recipe
