Origami Turkey Flicker / Spinning Duck

JeremyShaferOrigami
[Simple] How to fold a Turkey Flicker! This model was the product of my Zoom Origami Tutoring session with my student, Trofim, who requested that we design a Cooked Turkey, so that's what we did! It took us three tries before we were happy with the outcome. Later, I realized that this model also looks like the top view of a rubber ducky AND that it spins on the table; it spins best if you manage to fold the underneath flap so that its point is perfectly at the center of balance. I didn't show it in the video but if you prefer there not to be a color change on the turkey's leg then you can make a plain petal fold like in the traditional Flapping Bird instead of making the squash folds. Or you can make pumpkin pie folds with your teeth and tongue when dessert is served.
