With the Beijing Winter Games drawing to a close– the next Olympic flag handover ceremony is just days away. Previous ceremonies have been spectacular affairs. Like the one marking the London 2012 Olympics in 2008 and the Tokyo 2020 Games in 2016. But the ceremony for the upcoming Milan and Cortina Winter Olympics will take a more low-key approach.
