A controversial Biden administration rule has been finalized that requires anyone who makes a living buying and selling guns to conduct background checks on their customers. Republican Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds signed a bill into law on Wednesday that allows state authorities in Iowa to arrest and deport immigrants who have previously been deported or denied entry into the country.
