Freight train company Ferromex halted operations on its northbound routes in Mexico on Tuesday. The company cited a rising number of deaths and injuries to immigrants using the cargo trains to travel to the U.S. border. Meanwhile, officials say the number of illegal crossings at the Southern border is continuing to grow.
