The Supreme Court heard oral arguments Monday in a high-profile case about free speech and allegations of government censorship on social media. The justices will decide whether the Biden administration illegally pressured social media companies to censor content. Former President Donald Trump's lawyers say it's impossible for him to pay the $464-million bond in the New York civil fraud case. They've asked a New York appeals court to remove or lower the bond that President Trump now has less than a week left to pay. President Biden has called Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the first time in a month. They discussed humanitarian aid into Gaza and the pending Israeli operation in Rafah. The phone call came as a rift continues to deepen between the two leaders over the war in Gaza. Russian president Vladimir Putin has won his sixth term by a landslide in the country's presidential election. The United States and its allies have said the vote was neither free nor fair due to censorship and the imprisonment of his political opponents. Violence has escalated further in Haiti as criminal gangs attacked two upscale neighborhoods in the nation's capital. This came as the first U.S. charter flight carrying evacuated citizens landed in Miami.
