A Russian military plane has crashed near the Ukrainian border. Russia said that all 74 people on board were killed, including a number of Ukrainian prisoners of war. The United Automobile Workers Union has endorsed President Joe Biden after he won a write-in campaign in the New Hampshire primary. On the Republican side, former President Donald Trump won by double digits against Nikki Haley, amid record-high primary voter turnout.
