The Supreme Court heard arguments Monday  in two cases involving content moderation on social media platforms. Tech industry groups sued Texas and Florida over their new laws regulating what the platforms can ban. The industry associations argued that the laws violate their First Amendment rights. President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump are both planning to visit the southern border on Thursday. President Biden will meet with border agents and law enforcement in Brownsville, Texas, while President Trump will speak in Eagle Pass, Texas. President Trump is appealing his $355-million verdict in the New York civil fraud case. At the same time, Manhattan prosecutors have requested a new gag order on the former president in his hush money case. In international news, Hungary has made a historic move in approving Sweden's bid to join NATO.
