Concerns of "universal income" as Biden's $1.9T relief package gets rid of work requirements for the Child Tax Credit. Experts raise concerns that this could actually hurt not help society. Under current law, families with no earnings can't get the benefits, but as their work earnings increase, so too does the family's benefits. But Biden's plan would cut out that requirement.
