1kg pumpkin
250g flour
125g butter
3 eggs
100g fat sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp orange zest
pinch ground nutmeg
Recipe:
Peel the pumpkin
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces
Place the pumpkin in a silicone mold or foil
Cover the tin with foil. Bake the pumpkin in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C

Pour pumpkin filling into the finished cake base
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C
