Missing 'Anti-Theft Device' Leaves Hyundai, Kia Cars Vulnerable

Some Hyundai and Kia cars, as well as their SUVs, are missing a “key” anti-theft device, leaving these vehicles vulnerable to thieves. An insurance industry group says that over the last couple of years, thefts of these cars have significantly increased in Milwaukee and other Midwest cities after instructional videos surfaced on social media.
