Meditate with Calligraphy

Tools dramatically affect they way in which we connect to the meditative field. A filamented brush pen, for instance, on a soft surface like a napkin or paper towel immediately causes you to slow down and be conscious of the writing. For me it is watching the tip of a brush pen work magically where it flexes and separates, bends and twists.
