Liverpool Explosion Deemed Terrorist Attack

Four men have been arrested in connection with an explosion in Liverpool that police have declared a terrorist incident. An explosive device blew up in a taxi outside a hospital at around 11 a.m. on Sunday. The blast killed one person and injured another. Investigations continue into what motivated the attack.
