Law Protects Airbnb Renter From Moving Out

For 540 days, a woman has been refusing to leave and to pay rent at an Airbnb rental in Los Angeles. In an ongoing legal battle, a judge so far has ruled that the landlord doesn’t have a legal right to evict the woman.
