Las Vegas Hospitality Workers Authorize Strike

On Tuesday night, Tens of thousands of workers from the powerful Culinary Union and Bartenders Union voted 95 percent in favor for a strike in Las Vegas. The union leadership is now authorized to call a strike, but negotiations with several hotels will continue next week. The two unions represent 60,000 workers in Las Vegas and Reno.
