LA, Long Beach Ports Charge Fossil Fuel Fee

Southern California’s two major ports will begin charging trucks to haul cargo in and out of their ports. The condition is whether or not the trucks run on fossil fuel. The new fee comes as the trucking industry is facing a range of difficulties.
