Kyiv TV Tower Explodes in Deadly Russian Attack

An attack by Russian forces on a television tower in Kyiv killed five people, the Ukrainian emergency services said in a televised statement on Tuesday. Earlier, Russia’s defense ministry said it was planning to strike communications and intelligence sites in the capital that it said were being used for “information attacks,” media outlet TASS said.
