Low-Carb | Keto Cinnamin Muffin
Ingredients:
Dry:
1 cup flax meal
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
10 sachet sweetener ( i used whole earth Monkfruit Erythritol)
Wet:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup whipping cream, room temp
4 eggs , room temp
Cinnamon Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 sachet sweetener
*** baked at a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
***make sure all your ingredients are room temp
