Mutton Namkeen Gosht's cooking ingredients are:
Gosth / Meat 5-6 Kg (As required)
Salt 2 Tea spoon
Dar cheeni 3 pieces
Black pepper / Sabit Kali mirch 30-40 Numbers
Tomato / Timatar 2 to 3
Onion / Piyaaz 1 big
Adrak / Ginger 3-4 big peeled pieces
Green Chilly a few for smell
Cooking Method:
We will place the Meat / Gosht in the Cooking Pot / Degchi adding white meat / charbi into it.
Placing tomatoes / timatar into the meat without cutting it.
Placing onion just peeled off not cut into the meat.
Garnishing with Dar cheeni and Black Pepper and placing adrak / ginger into it as well and closing the lid. Putting something heavy on the lid and turning on the fire, leaving it to cook for approximately one and a half hour.
After it is cooked placing green chilly on top of it and closing the lid for a nice smell.
Rosh / Namkeen Gosht / Mutton Namkeen Gosht is ready to serve, eat and enjoy :).
