Some Jan. 6 defendants are requesting trial delays to have time to review the 41,000 hours of newly released footage of the Capitol breach. NTD speaks to a constitutional attorney and former senior adviser and counsel to President Trump Jenna Ellis for analysis. Ellis says, according to Brady v. Maryland, the government is required to turn over any evidence it has in its possession if it has the potential to exonerate a defendant on trial.
