IDF Spokesman Explains How Hostage Release Will Take Place

To find out how the Israeli hostage release deal with the Hamas terrorist organization will work, NTD spoke to IDF spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner. He explained the process step by step, including any contingencies the IDF will need to be prepared for. Mr. Lerner referred to previous bad experiences that Israel has made with Hamas with respect to cease-fires, and the need for Israeli army forces to remain vigilant until the hostages are safely back in Israel.
